Move and energize with me!

I started this website after a long hiatus from body-weight and gym training.  

In 2015 I discovered a style of yoga called “Chi Flow”. By the second class I already had it in my head that I had to do teacher training in this style. By January 2017 I was. 

After 10 years of the practice, I noticed my passion for functional body-weight training styles like those found in “animal-flow” or “zuu” classes, creeping back into my personal practice. 

This website is a marriage of these two passions; mindful connection to flowing, functional movement that promotes strength, mobility and health.

You will also find sections that cover aspects that support physical training, such as nutrition and mindfulness.  You will also find stretching and mobility exercises.

The content is designed to be beginner friendly and of a general nature.
